FAQ – Anode

Q1: What is Anode?
A: Anode is a fast puzzle game where colored blocks fall and you rotate them to make matching chains and clear the board.

Q2: How do you play Anode?
A: You rotate and place falling blocks to form color links. When a chain is complete, it explodes and clears space.

Q3: What are cathode and anode in simple terms?
A: An anode is the part that loses material (gets “used up”), and a cathode is the protected part. In real life systems, the anode sacrifices itself to protect other metal parts.

Q4: What is a sacrificial anode (ELI5)?
A: It is a piece of metal that rusts first on purpose so the main object (like a tank or pipe) stays safe from rust.

Q5: Do people really replace anode rods?
A: Yes. In water heaters, the anode rod wears out over time, so it is replaced to prevent rust damage inside the tank.
